Shipping policy

Orders can take 3 to 10 business days to process & ship. Worldwide shipping is available. Some items can be shipped next day. Shipments may be delayed during the holiday seasons. We are not responsible for lost packages; you will receive an email or text message from DHL with the tracking number & delivery options. If your package is lost or stolen, you can launch an investigation with DHL via their website. We suggest changing the delivery location or date to accommodate your schedule if you want to avoid any delays or shipment issues. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Once order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address but you can do it through DHL's website. If the package is returned, you will be notified and your package will be reshipped. You are responsible for all reshipping costs & duties/customs if applicable. We love putting money back into our customers pockets, so at this time we decided to use economical packaging only.
Customs & Duties may apply for all orders (including Merch), to be paid upon delivery by customer. To avoid incurring large Tariffs (Customs & Duties) cost, our factory will ship your items labelled "Synthetic Hair Fibers" valued at lower amount than paid i.e $100 USD.
Shipments that are unaccepted, refused, or abandoned will be your responsibility for reshipment, along with the return shipping costs incurred by our company.
