Due to hygienic reasons & the fact that our products are made to order, all sales are FINAL & there are no Refunds or Exchanges unless authorized by our team. Customer Satisfaction remains our #1 priority, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours after your shipment has been delivered to you.

Our hair extensions can last 5 years or more with the proper products used to wash, condition & style hair.

Merchandise (Hats, Graphic Tees & Hoodies) are shipped via Postal services, you can track your order online. Your package will be left on your door step or in your community mailbox. If you are concerned about the safety of your package, please choose to have it delivered to your nearest post office by changing the address during checkout.
